In 2008 up to 2009, Galgalo signed a contract with Technical Committee for Repatriation IDPs Southern States in transportation Services which is concerning Repatriation IDPs Program to South Sudan States from North Sudan States. The mission consisting the following: States Waha State, Abyei and South Fordofan.

In January 2009 , Galgalo has signed a contract with Medicines Sans Frontiers (MsF) in multiple services including the provision of different types of Trucks and Supply, delivery different types of goods such as Medical materials. Equipment, Construction materials, Food items and Non-food items to serious locations in Darfur region in western Sudan . Likewise in Abyei areas with other various NGOs.

In May 2009, Galaglo has signed a contract for long term with IOM ( International Organization for Migration) to transport and delivery Non-Food Items from Elobeid to different locations in Sudan such as Darfur States. And from North Kordofan to numerous NFI delivery locations with in all Darfur States (South Darfur, North Darfur & Western Darfur) as well as South Kordofan - various NFI Locations and Blue Nile - various NFI delivery locations. Also local contracts were signed in Nyala and Elfasher.

In 2010, Galgalo signed a contract with ACTTED to supply and delivery Construction Materials and Hygiene for Projects implementing in South Sudan.

In 2010, Galgalo signed a long term contract with GOAL Scores Against Poverty to transport Items across Sudan including: Darfur Region, Kassala, Abyei and Blue Nile State.

In January 2012, up to 31th October , Galgalo signed a contract with MTN Company for Telecommunication in Sudan in renting Cars Services to deliver and trip technical team and staff members to its team sites locations in Darfur States ( North Darfur Elfasher - South Darfur State Nyala - West Darfur Elgeneina).

September 2012 up to March 2016 , Galgalo has signed a contract with UNHCR to delivery Non-food Items from UNHCR’s Warehouses in Khartoum to several locations in Sudan and from Port Sudan to locations (Elobeid - South Kordofan States - Darfur States .i.e El fasher - Nyala- Elgeneina). In addition, Galgalo signed local contracts with UNHCR to delivery NFI from Nyala city to a number of districts in south Darfur State and from El geneina city to the numerous districts in West Darfur State.

In December 2013 up to June 2014, Galgalo has signed a contract with IOM (International Organization for Migration) to transport South Sudanese Nationalities from Khartoum Open Areas to Northern Bahr AL Ghazal Area.

In January 2014, Galgalo has signed long contract for two years with IOM (International Organization for Migration) to transport Refugees by Ground using Buses from different cites within Sudan to Khartoum.

In March 2014 up to March 2016, Galgalo has a contract with UNHCR to transport Medicines via cold Vehicles to different cites within Sudan.

In march 2014 up to march 2017 , Galgalo has signed long agreement with UNHCR to delivery Non-food Items (NFI) from Kosti city to the Refugees Camps in White Nile State, South Kordofan State and Darfur States.

In April 2014 to April 2015 , Galgalo signed a contract with UNHCR to extend the previous contract that was from 15th April 2013 up to 14th April 2014.

In 2017Galgalo Transportation Services Enterprises signed agreement with NRC (Norwegian Refugee Council) to provide transportation services for Non-food Items to South Darfur State.

In March 2017 , Galgalo Transportation Services Enterprises signed a contract with Danish Refugee Council (DRC - Sudan) object of the contract: provision of services for Transportation of Non Food Items (NFI) from Khartoum to Nertit, Dukhun, through Zalingie.

In January 2019, Galgalo signed a contract with UNICEF for Eastern Emergency Operation to supply and Transportation services of Educational and learning items, health nutrition, water sanitation equipment to the beneficiaries.

In January 2019, Galgalo signed a contract with FAO (Food & Agriculture Organization) to supply and delivery Livestock for Beneficiaries in different locations in Sudan due to its technical specification requirements.

In January 2020 , Galgalo signed a contract with IOM (International Organization for Migration) to supervision of Airport Operation to Warehouse Services supplied for supporting flood effected people in cooperation with USAID Charter Plan. Galgalo provided transportation services from Khartoum Airport to the Warehouse including pickup, delivery, loading and offloading cargo facilities and distribution to different locations and in addition providing logistic services including management, packing, repacking, and arrangement.

In February 2020 up to February 2021, Galgalo signed agreement with IOM to provide Transportation Services for Returnees, Migrants and Refugees from their Camps to Khartoum city to complete and update their procedures due to their cases.

In 2020 Galgalo Transportation Services Enterprises signed a contract with UMHCR to provide Transportation and Logistic Services for Ethiopian Refugees Operation in Sudan. Due to the Tigray War was an armed conflict that toke place in Tigray Region in Ethiopia between Forces allied to the Ethiopian Federal Government and Eritrea on one side and the Tigray Peoples Liberation Front (TPLF) more than 30000 Ethiopian refugees were stacking on Sudanese border. Galgalo provided Transportation and Logistic and humanitarian Services with the coordination of UNHCR to evacuated the Refugees in different Camps in Eastern Sudan. Likewise, transportation and statistical distribution of the Refugees in various locations as follows:
From Hamdayeet (waiting point ) camp to Umrakoba camp and Trinadbe camp.
From village 8 to Umrakoba camp and Trinadbe camp.
From Elasra to Umrakoba Camp.

Galgalo Transportation Services has signed agreement with UNCHR to provide Transportation Services. The service provider shall provide the services from 31st March 2020 until 31st December 2021.

In March 22, 2022, Galgalo Transportation Services has signed a contract with IOM to provide 6,000 Emergency Shelter (1,500 in West Darfur El geneina, 1, 500 in North Darfur El fasher and 3, 000 in South Darfur Nayala). This agreement should include the Transportation and Warehousing Services for 6 Months with the terms and conditions of the agreement. .

Galgalo Transportation Services has signed a frame agreement with UNCHR, to purchase and delivery shelter kits and tool kits for Darfur State, White Nile State, Kassala State and Kordofan State. Therefore, the two parties agreed and extended the contract for a duration one year starting 30th December 2021 to 31st December 2022.

Galgalo Transportation Services has signed agreement with IOM (International Organization for Migration) to provide Transportation Services, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement the service provider shall make the Vehicles available from 3rd July 2022 to 30th June 2023.
